This letter was sent to us on the 31st May 2011. It suggest that we must be more understanding to their noise. This is obviously not possible. If you have a neighbour that makes noise and doesn't care who they disturb, then how can you come to an understanding.The letter claims that an investigation took place by a member of the council, but the fact that we are still going through this problem, indicates that a thorough investigation has not taken place. If it did, this issue would have been resolved by now.
We have often wondered if the council are paying some of their tenants to make deliberate noise on the heads and at the door of Leaseholders. No one has ever been punished for the nuisance they've caused. And the RMO team keep changing their staff, then treat our case as a new complaint
